Basic
Service package
The Basic service package covers the essential basics of selling a home. It is particularly suited to properties that naturally attract enough demand, making it an excellent option for selling urban one- or two-room apartments, for example.
Brokerage fee
€400 + 2.9%
of the debt-free sale price + document costs. Minimum fee €4,000.
Boost
Service package
An effective package for property sales that reaches home seekers on social media as well and presents the property to them attractively. The Boost package suits properties that deserve to be presented more comprehensively than usual.
Brokerage fee
€500 + 3.4%
of the debt-free sale price + document costs. Minimum fee €5,000.
Premium
Service package
The Premium package is by far our most comprehensive service package. With it, your home is sure to receive the attention it deserves: in addition to digital marketing, it includes traditional direct distribution of listings in the local area, among other things. Someone in your area may already be dreaming of buying your home!
Brokerage fee
€600 + 4.4%
Of the debt-free sale price + document costs. Minimum fee €7,000.

Fees are calculated on the realised debt-free sale price and include value added tax of 25.5%. Brokerage fee packages may vary by region. Request an individual brokerage service offer.
On document and marketing costs: During the assignment, document and marketing costs, among others, will arise. Any assignment start-up fee (from €400 + document costs) or termination fee (if the assignment does not end in a sale, from €400 + document costs) is always agreed separately.
Additional marketing can be tailored so that it serves the sale of the property optimally, taking the market situation into account.

Easy is our service package for home buyers. With it, we find a home that is right for you, and you do not have to go to any trouble to find it: we handle the entire buying process on your behalf.

Renting out a home
Renting out your home is easy with our help. We take care of the following for you:
- assessment of the rental level of your apartment
- taking photographs of the apartment and preparing a rental brochure
- we market your apartment on Oikotie.fi, Vuokraovi.com and Remax.fi
- we arrange apartment viewings
- we prepare the documents related to renting out the apartment
- we give you recommendations on prospective tenants and check their credit information.
Price of the rental service: from one month’s rent + document costs
+ applicable value added tax
Minimum fee €550 + document costs incl. VAT 25.5%
The service package does not apply to commercial premises rentals, which are always agreed and priced case by case.

Leave the preparation of documents to us. A skilled REMAX agent knows the legislation on property transactions and makes sure everything is as it should be.
