What does the REMAX Carefree management service include?
Communication with the tenant and the landlord
You can leave communication between the landlord and the tenant to us. We assist the tenant in all problems related to the apartment and living there, and we coordinate the communication. We also handle any necessary communication with the property manager, among others.
Rent monitoring and payment to the landlord
As a landlord, you do not have to worry about late rent payments. We monitor rent payments and transfer the rent to your account.
Any rent increases
If the apartment’s rent needs to be increased, we inform the tenant of this appropriately.
Annual summary report – rents and costs
Each year you receive a summary report of rental income and costs from us for your tax return.
Receiving notices of termination and any debt collection and eviction measures
We handle all measures and communications related to terminating the tenancy on your behalf. We also coordinate any debt collection or eviction measures.
Coordination of repairs
A leaking tap? A broken stove? No problem. We take care of coordinating any repairs and keep you up to date at all times.
Inspection and documentation of the apartment when the tenant changes
When the tenant changes, we inspect, photograph and document the apartment in detail. If any problems or defects arise, we also coordinate resolving the matter.

The REMAX rental service is a service package aimed at landlords.
- assessment of the correct rent level
- photographing the apartment and preparing a rental brochure, as well as marketing the property on sites such as Oikotie.fi and Remax.fi
- arranging apartment viewings
- recommendations on prospective tenants and checking their credit information
- drawing up the lease agreement
Price of the service: from 1 month’s rent + applicable value added tax (i.e. 1.255 times the monthly rent) + document costs. Minimum fee €550 (incl. VAT).

The price of the REMAX Carefree management service is €35 / apartment / month. The price includes the applicable value added tax. Charging begins from the moment the apartment is rented out.
As an additional service, we also offer a rental service, i.e. we help you find a new tenant for the apartment.
Is the management service fee tax deductible?
The management service fee is 100% deductible in taxation.
Is the REMAX Carefree management service only intended for REMAX’s existing clients?
No. We are happy to serve all apartment owners and landlords.
How can the management service be terminated?
The management service is valid until further notice with a notice period of one month.
Does REMAX also help find a new tenant?
Yes. We offer our clients an apartment rental service. We handle the entire rental process for you, from assessing the correct rent level to marketing the property, viewings and drawing up the lease agreement.
